Flow & Flourish in France

A Retreat of Pilates, Wellness and Beauty in the French Countryside

May 2-9, 2026
Optional Paris Extension: May 9–12, 2026
with Karen Score & Meghan Del Prete

Join us for an unforgettable week in the heart of Provence, where the rolling hills, lavender fields, and charming stone villages create the perfect backdrop for rest, renewal, and inspiration.

We’ll be staying in a stunning private villa perched in the hills of the Luberon near the village of  Gordes, with sweeping views of the valley and one of France’s most picturesque villages. Gordes is the jewel in Provence’s crown and is considered to be the most beautiful village in the world (seriously, it won the prize!).

Each morning will begin with energizing Pilates sessions led by Meghan Del Prete, designed to strengthen, balance, and center the body. Daily nutrition classes will complement the movement practice, offering fresh insights and practical tools for cultivating lasting wellness.

Throughout the week, you’ll savor delicious, healthy meals prepared by our private chef, highlighting the flavors of Provence with locally sourced ingredients. Our itinerary will also include excursions to nearby historic towns and cultural sites, where you’ll discover the art, history, and charm that make this region so enchanting. Of course, there will be ample time to  simply relax—whether by the pool, in the gardens, or while exploring the villa’s tranquil  surroundings.

For those who wish to extend the adventure, we invite you to join us in Paris from May 9–12,  where we’ll continue the journey with art, culture, and the timeless romance of the City of Light.

This retreat is an invitation to nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and connect deeply—with  yourself, with others, and with the beauty of France.

Discover More:

  • For nearly two decades, Meghan Del Prete has been helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through the art and science of Pilates. A Romana’s Pilates Certified Instructor since 2005, Meghan founded Reform. A True Pilates Studio in Saratoga Springs, NY, where she built a thriving community and mentored a team of instructors who shared her passion for the  method’s transformative power.

Her teaching journey has taken her from Skidmore College’s Dance Department to working with collegiate athletes, and in 2012 she became a Romana’s Pilates Level 4 Teacher Trainer, guiding the next generation of instructors with her signature mix of precision, encouragement, and joy.

Beyond the studio, Meghan is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, lifelong vegetarian, and inspired plant-based cook. She loves showing people how vibrant, delicious, and energizing  healthy food can be—and she’ll be bringing that same zest for wellness to our week together in Provence.

With a lifelong background in dance and a heart for helping women transform their lives through movement, Meghan brings both artistry and deep expertise to every class. Her Pilates sessions are designed to help you feel your best—balanced, strong, and connected to your body—so you  can savor every moment of this magical retreat.

This May in the South of France, Meghan can’t wait to share her warmth, knowledge, and passion for movement with you. Whether we’re in the studio, strolling through sun-drenched markets, or enjoying a glass of wine as the Provençal sunset paints the hills, you’ll feel  supported, inspired, and deeply cared for.

  • Our week in Provence will be about more than beautiful views, flowing Pilates, and exploring charming villages—it’s also an opportunity to nourish yourself from the inside out.

Romana’s Pilates Master Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Meghan Del Prete will be offering optional workshops designed to inspire a healthier, more joyful way of living— without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all advice.

Integrative Nutrition embraces the idea that we are all bio-individual—what works for one person may not work for another. Meghan’s approach blends delicious food inspiration with the “primary foods” of life: joy, relationships, creativity, career, physical activity, home environment,  and more.

    During the week, you might

    • Discover the Power of Greens – Learn why adding more leafy greens is one of the easiest, most impactful steps toward better health (and enjoy them beautifully prepared by our chef).

    • Explore “Primary Foods” – Through guided conversation and journaling, reflect on all the elements that feed your well-being beyond what’s on your plate.

    • Try the Breakfast Experiment – Have fun sampling different breakfast styles and noticing how they affect your energy, focus, and mood throughout the day.

    • Cook Together in Provence – Step into the kitchen with Meghan and our private chef for a hands-on cooking experience, highlighting fresh, seasonal French ingredients.

These sessions are flexible, fun, and entirely optional—woven into our retreat so you can take what inspires you and leave the rest. You’ll return home not only refreshed, but also with new  insights and easy, delicious ways to keep feeling your best.

  • “I can’t say enough about my travels with Grace in Nature. Karen Score is the epitome of grace while attending to every last detail of the entire trip, beginning to end. After extensive research and knowledge from previous travel, Karen plans for a trip full of fun, education and relaxation. On top of all that her trips are very affordable, especially considering the high end accommodations I’ve enjoyed. Don’t think twice, book the very next trip offered by Grace in Nature.”

    — Extremely satisfied traveler, Carol Glansberg

“Don’t think about it. Just do it! Karen plans every detail from seamless transfers, top notch accommodations, wonderful meals and incredible excursions. You will not have to think or worry about any aspect of your trip. My experience far exceeded my expectations. Plenty of time to explore on your own or rest. Many activities and excursions offered but no pressure to participate. Just kindness, support and understanding every step of the way. Beautiful, intelligent yoga classes offered by Gina. You will feel encouraged, rested and refreshed.  I can not recommend more highly.  After traveling with Karen and Gina, it is the only way I ever want to travel.”
